a Balanced Scorecard, and which are prepared to hold
managers accountable for people results.
The ultimate audience for our Healthy Scorecard message is senior executives, in fact many of our recent enquiries are directly from CEO's. However this work can also be bubbled up from key influencers such as Human Resources professionals, Risk Managers, Managers in Accounting and Finance, Labour leaders, and Health and Safety professionals.
We are not Balanced Scorecard generalists. Our forté is in adapting your BSC to reflect the key drivers of employee wellbeing, and capability to deliver results to customers.
